A totally easy and far out Halloween makeup look that can be created in a matter of minutes is a retro-inspired, Twiggy look. Simply use Mirabella's Magic Marker Eyeliner to create a downwards cat eye flick to give the eyes a bigger, exaggerated look and then finish with a graphic arch and drawn on lower lashes!
