RETURN POLICY
We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Mirabella Beauty purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return a product. If you will need to return your product, please review the information below.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of your receipt date for a refund.
- Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
- We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.
- Please note on the front side of your receipt or packing slip the reason for your return.

- You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded, unless you received damaged merchandise (see Damaged Products Policy).
- Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned merchandise. We are not responsible for lost packages.
- All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
- Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item.
- Please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
- Please do not mail any packages C.O.D., as they will not be accepted.
Only items purchased on www.mirabellabeauty.com may be accepted for a return. Items purchased from another retailer cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell any Mirabella Beauty products.

EXCHANGE POLICY
- We are happy to exchange any merchandise that is defective, damaged or unused. If you will need to exchange your product, please review the information below.
- We accept exchanges on items purchased on www.mirabellabeauty.com or www.thelanocompany.com only up to 30 days after the original purchase.
- Please enclose the product you wish to exchange and your receipt. On the receipt, write instructions on what item(s) to exchange.
- If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, one of our customer service representatives may reach out to you for further information.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY
If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact customer service within 30 days for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 30 days. Unfortunately, it is in the nature of our product technology to come across an LED light in the applicator lid that might be burnt out or is not working properly. If you happen to receive one we will replace it. Please contact customer service with any questions by email at info@mirabellabeauty.com or by phone at (816) 753-2900 and we will respond with the appropriate return and/or exchange instructions.
AMAZON CUSTOMERS
Mirabella LLC cannot guarantee the quality or authenticity of products sold by non-authorized retailers. Purchasing Mirabella® products from unauthorized resellers forfeits our warranty. This includes non-authorized retailers on Amazon®. Please click here for our limited warranty.
SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY
Shipping Policy:
Our shipping policies appear below. Orders also are governed by our Terms of Use, which you should also review.
Payment Methods:
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit cards are accepted as well as Paypal.
All Orders:
- Orders are shipped via USPS Mail.
- Orders are typically processed within 24-48 Hours.
- Order acknowledgement, confirmation of product availability, and USPS Delivery Confirmation tracking information will be provided to you via email after your order is processed.
- Large and oversized items may incur additional shipping charges. You will be notified of any additional shipping charges prior to final processing and shipping and will have the opportunity to cancel or change your order as you wish.
Expected Delivery Dates:
- All delivery dates are estimated, and may vary.
- All packages will be delivered in approximately 3-5 business days from the time the order is processed. Orders will typically be processed within 24-48 hours. Notification will be given when order has shipped.
Shipping and Handling Charges:
- All shipping and handling charges will be calculated at the time of checkout. We will do our best to reduce the number of packages and minimize shipping charges.
- Oversized and bulky items, and/or multiple items purchased may incur additional shipping charges. You will be notified of any additional shipping charges prior to final processing and shipping and will have the opportunity to cancel or change your order as you wish.
Please Note the Following:
- Shipping is available to Hawaii, Alaska, the continental United States, Canada and Mexico.
- Shipping to APO/FPO addresses is available. Additional charges may apply.
- All prices are quoted and all payments must be made in US Dollars ($).
- Your order will leave our store in good condition and risk of loss passes to you when we deliver your package to the shipper. If your order is damaged in transit, please contact USPS immediately and file a claim (800) 275-8777.
Product Returns:
- If your purchased item is lost in transit or physically damaged when received, please contact USPS immediately and file a claim with them (800) 275-8777
- If you are unsatisfied with the item you purchased upon receipt, please contact customer service at (816) 753-2900 and a Return Authorization will be issued.
- Any return requests must be made within 30 days of initial purchase.
- Circumstances will warrant which party will assume the additional costs of shipping when dealing with returned/replaced items.
