To protect its brand, GDM Enterprises LLC, The Lano Company, Mirabella, Pure Cosmetics, and Pure Lano, herein known as "manufacturer" establishes the minimum price at which an authorized reseller may advertise any of its products ("map"). Manufacturer does not dictate the price at which an authorized reseller resells its products. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the manufacturer requires all authorized resellers to adhere to the map pricing outlined below (and as modified by the manufacturer from time to time in its sole discretion) for products sold individually or bundled with other third-party products or services.

All products listed will have a map retail price. Listing a price lower than its map retail price next to the feature map product in any advertising will be viewed as a violation of this map policy. This map policy applies to all advertisements of map products in any and all media, including, without limitation, flyers, posters, coupons, mailers, inserts, newspapers, magazines, catalogs, mail order catalogs, internet, or similar electronic media, including websites, forums, email newsletters, email solicitations, television, radio, and public signage. Such as but not limited to website features as "click for price", automated "bounce-back" pricing emails, pre-formatted email responses, forms, automatic price display for any items prior to being placed in a customer's shopping cart, and other similar features are considered to be communications initiated by the reseller (rather than by the customer), and this constitutes "advertising" under this map policy. This map policy also applies to any activity which manufacturer determines, in its sole discretion, is designed or intended to circumvent the intent of this map policy, such as 'group purchases' and the like.

Prices for manufacturer's products that are below map may not appear in any online search tool (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Google shopper, Price Grabber, Nexttag, etc.) Where your website is linked as the source. No resellers are allowed to sell on Amazon or other e-commerce sites other than their own business websites without written approval.  Map pricing guidelines stay in effect regardless of if resellers are advertising on their own business website. 

AUTHORIZED RESELLERS ARE AUTHORIZED TO SELL AT THE DISCOUNTED RATE FOR A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS AFTER MANUFACTURER OFFERED SUCH DISCOUNT.

CURRENT MAP PRICING

Map pricing for all manufacturer's products is equal to MSRP unless manufacturer is running a discounted promotion for all customers.  Resellers are allowed to follow discount given by manufacturer and advertise promotions.                      

Manufacturer reserves the right to use promotional prices from time to time that may or may not include the use of instant, mail-in, or online rebates. Upon manufacturer's written consent, these promotional prices may be marketed by authorized resellers with strict adherence to guidance provided by manufacturer as listed above. This includes site-wide promotions such as "free shipping on all orders or additional 20% off on all items at checkout for a limited time," if approved by the manufacturer.

ENFORCEMENT 

Manufacturer has a two-strike policy on map violations. The first strike results in a warning email directly to the authorized reseller. The second strike will result in the removal of the partner from the authorized reseller program entirely. Contact will be made with all authorized distributers by a representative of the manufacturer, and the authorized reseller will be placed on a"do not sell list" in order to stop the violations from occurring again.

Manufacturer reserves the right, in its unilateral discretion, to take other action with respect to any reseller that violates this mappolicy. The map policy will be enforced by manufacturer at its sole discretion
