At Mirabella Beauty, we stand behind the quality and performance of our professional-grade skincare technology. The 7-Color LED Face Mask + Near Infrared is backed by a 1-year limited warranty on its electrical components to ensure your confidence in every use.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, modifications, or damage caused by improper storage or handling.

Warranty Period
The one-year coverage begins on the date the product is purchased by the retail client (end user), regardless of whether it was obtained directly from Mirabella Beauty or through a salon/distributor. Proof of purchase is required.

Claims Process

• Direct Purchases: Mirabella Beauty will replace the defective mask within the warranty period.

• Third-Party Purchases: Items purchased through third parties fall under that seller’s policies, and coverage is at their discretion.

In some cases, we may require the product to be shipped back to us for verification. Due to the cost of shipping, Mirabella Beauty reserves the right to determine whether the item must be returned or if a replacement can be processed without return.
