Mirabella Return & Exchange Policy

At Mirabella, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that trying new beauty products can be a leap of faith, and we want you to shop with confidence.

Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase from mirabellabeauty.com, we accept returns of new or gently used products within 30 days of the original purchase date for store credit only. This credit can be used toward a future purchase.

  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.

  • A proof of purchase is required to process any return.

  • Returns from third-party sellers must be handled directly with the original retailer—Mirabella is unable to process those returns.

  • Store credit will be applied to the customer’s online account. Please note: Shopify does not automatically notify customers when store credit is issued, so our team will notify the customer directly when this is applied.

💡 Store credit is now tracked within the customer’s profile in Shopify, eliminating the need to create manual gift cards.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged (see below). We recommend keeping your return tracking number—we cannot issue credit until the returned product is received and confirmed by our office. Mirabella is not responsible for lost packages.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange any damaged, defective, or unused items within 30 days of purchase from mirabellabeauty.com.

To request an exchange:

  1. Include the product and your receipt in the return package.

  2. On the receipt, indicate which item(s) you'd like to receive in exchange.

  3. If there's a cost difference, a member of our team may contact you.

Damaged Product Policy

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact customer service within 30 days of receipt for a replacement.

In rare cases, the LED light feature on select product applicators may be defective due to its technology. If you receive one that isn’t functioning properly, we will gladly replace it.
