On Saturday, October 30, Cosmoprof announced the decision to cut short its 7-year contract with Mirabella letting brand supporters know that while the distributorship would no longer be carrying Mirabella, it would continue to focus on bringing customers the best in beauty.
While this news may disappointment to brand enthusiasts, Mirabella is dedicated to continuing relationships established by its brand’s exposure during its nearly two years in Cosmoprof locations. Mirabella’s beautiful array of cosmetics, skincare, and professional tools are in stock and available for purchase directly on MirabellaBeauty.com. Furthermore, licensed cosmetologists will still receive their professional wholesale pricing, 50% off retail, when they register as a Mirabella Pro on the brand’s site. In addition to purchasing directly from Mirabella, current customers in Canada can also shop at select distributors in the region with which Mirabella does business.

I know we were all excited a couple of years ago and let everyone know we entered into a 7-year agreement to sell in your local US CosmoProf/BSG locations. As some of you may have already heard, CosmoProf announced a week ago they are cutting our agreement short and are no longer moving forward with Mirabella or any other color cosmetics. This news was upsetting, as you all may know, thinking we had another 5 years to build on and grow, but now we can focus on what is most important…YOU.
Anyone that does business with us direct knows we are all about customer satisfaction. Based on all the emails, feedback from you, FB posts, etc., the last couple years, that is something most, if not all of you, have not been getting. We are taking this as a positive for Mirabella and you, our loyal customers, to give you the customer satisfaction you deserve.
The biggest problem as a small-family owned business we face right now is not being able to reach all of the loyal Mirabella customers out there we have never met or spoken to that have purchased through CosmoProf locations in the past. We have heard from several customers that they heard we are either going out of business or have no inventory. Both of which are very far from true, so we are asking for your help!
We are asking if you could PLEASE share this post to every professional you know and ask them to repost so all professionals know they can order direct from us at salon pricing here in the US.
